It is with great pleasure and honor we share this news that Legend has been obtained “Grade I Construction License” (License) for mainland China!

A NEW MILESTONE ACHIEVED
This privilege was granted to Legend (Beijing) Interiors Ltd. (a subsidiary of the Legend Group) by Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in Feb 2016. The awarded License acknowledges Legend’s extensive experience in construction and management for over 20 years with a qualified, skilled and comprehensive team dedicated to the trade. A significant milestone, the award recognizes Legend for having met the exceptional standards of company financial and quality standings.

UNLIMITED CAPACITY TO SUPPORT OUR CLIENTS
This prestigious certificate is a significant step forward as it upgrades our license from the 2nd grade to the highest accolade – a 1st grade license. We have now unlocked greater opportunities to collaborate and grow with our clients without any limitations of contract sum. Moving forward, we look forward to continuing to support all our clients with the added ability to take on larger more complex retail, hospitality, residential or corporate fit-out projects.
