Senior HR Executive (Singapore | Full Time)  
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with department heads on manpower recruitment, source for candidates and conduct interview
  • Perform all necessary administrative works in the recruitment process including process Foreign Work permit including application/renewal/cancellation of permits ; handle staff movements and resignation
  • Assist in formulating strategic compensation programme and staff benefit scheme
  • Provide support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and guidelines
  • Manage monthly payroll including overtime, allowance claims, and other employee benefits and prepare monthly payroll summary. Ensure all payment comply with statutory (CPF, tax filing)
  • Submit NS Make up pay, maternity and childcare leave
  • Update and maintain annual leave, medical leave, claims
  • Coordination of training programs and activities
  • Managing of insurance claims and report
  • Manage HR for regional offices including Singapore and Malaysia, Thailand
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in HR Management and/or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Experience in handling payroll
  • Proficient in MOM employment act
  • Possess good organisational, interpersonal and communication skill
  • Experience in construction/interior fit-out company will be an advantage
Project Director (Kuala Lumpur | full-time)  
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ability to lead a team of project members, coach and advise team members towards accomplishing project goals, meeting established schedules and resolving technical/operational issues
  • Lead with overall responsibilities of the success of all projects from design concept to design completion, working with key partners, budgetary management, project planning and implementation, technical and regulatory compliance and project completion
  • Responsible for managing clients’ expectations, ensuring project is according to schedule and budget
  • Participate in tender preparation and ensure project estimation is prepared with reasonable accuracy
  • Work closely with QS on Project costing, Progress Claims, and Budgeting, Preparing Cost comparison chart between subcontractors, Cost recommendation and Resource Planning
  • To ensure all the tenders are awarded on time in accordance with the approved master work programme including coordination of the Tender Process- Bill of Quantities, Tender Documentation, Tender Analysis and report, Recommendation for awards
  • Preparing Project Internal Timeline, Project Construction Schedule, Monitoring and Reporting on project related activities. Ensures adherence to project schedule, budget, productivity rates and established financial controls
  • Preparing and verifying work completion, finalising sub-contractor’s invoices and recommends to the Management whether contractor payment requests should be approved or denied
  • Monitoring sub-contractor compliance with quality, time and budget in order for project to run project smoothly
REQUIREMENTS
  • Over 8 years’ of luxury interior design experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and/or construction related
  • Strong understanding of the global luxury property market
  • Willing to travel/relocate for short term for projects
  • Regional experience will be an advantage
Operations Manager (Kuala Lumpur | Full-Time)  
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan, coordinate and work on site, ensuring effective implementation and timely completion of project
  • Work with project manager to develop budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of project
  • Plan, coordinate and manage sub-contractors on site
  • Prepare BOQ, quotation and submission of tender/ quotation
  • Source and brief sub-contractors for costing and execution
  • Liaise with clients/ consultants to discuss on issues pertaining to projects
  • Conduct site audit and measurement, site management and coordination
  • Supervise all works and provide technical guidance
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree/ Diploma in Civil/ Structural/MEP Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in interior fit-out industry
  • Knowledge of all operational and technical aspects
  • Ability to read CAD drawings
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team
  • Resourceful with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience and knowledge in MEP will be advantage
  • Willing to travel for short assignments
Project Manager (Singapore | Full Time)  
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior fit out works
  • Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule
  • Liaise with clients/ consultants to discuss issues pertaining to projects
  • Attend regular site meetings and inspections
  • Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets and delivery schedule
  • Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule
  • Prepare BOQ, quotation and submission of tender/quotation
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality/ Business/ Marketing/ Civil Engineering/ Building Management/ Construction Management/ Interior/ M&E
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, building project management and planning for retail, construction, commercial projects and corporate office
  • Ability to read CAD drawings
  • Ability to work under dynamic phases and stress
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to travel for short assignment
  • Relevant experience in interiors & Mechanical and Electrical industry will be an added advantage
Draftsman (Singapore | Full-Time)  
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Acquire site survey data and develop information into AutoCAD Drawings
  • Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabricate drawings and as built drawings
  • Able to interpret and check drawings/plan from contractors/ consultants on design & construction aspects
  • Ensure on time completion of required drawing
REQUIREMENTS
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Minimum 2 years of interior design related experience
  • Proficient in computer skills with good working knowledge of 2D & 3D AutoCAD
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details
  • Knowledge on 3D studio max, Adobe Illustrator, freehand will be advantage
Admin Assistant (Singapore | Full-Time)  
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing and maintaining documentation invoices to database
  • Perform photocopying, printing, scanning, uploading and filling
  • Maintain proper filing of documents for easy reference
  • Prepare and issues material requisitions form, purchase order and payment application form
  • Provide any other ad-hoc and administrative support as required
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum “O” Level or equivalent in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the Procurement process
  • Entry Level candidates are welcome
