- Managing and maintaining documentation invoices to database
- Perform photocopying, printing, scanning, uploading and filling
- Maintain proper filing of documents for easy reference
- Prepare and issues material requisitions form, purchase order and payment application form
- Provide any other ad-hoc and administrative support as required
- Minimum “O” Level or equivalent in a similar role
- Knowledge of the Procurement process
- Entry Level candidates are welcome
- Proactive, self-motivated and team player
- Meticulous and attentive to details
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
