  • Managing and maintaining documentation invoices to database
  • Perform photocopying, printing, scanning, uploading and filling
  • Maintain proper filing of documents for easy reference
  • Prepare and issues material requisitions form, purchase order and payment application form
  • Provide any other ad-hoc and administrative support as required
  • Minimum “O” Level or equivalent in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the Procurement process
  • Entry Level candidates are welcome
  • Proactive, self-motivated and team player
  • Meticulous and attentive to details
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
